This Pure Arts statue of Bayek from Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Origins may be expensive, but it looks great.
Ahead of San Diego Comic Con, Pure Arts and Ubisoft have unveiled a new, incredibly detailed Assassin’s Creed statue. While their last one featured Atair and the Animus from Assassin’s Creed Revelations, this new one showcases Bayek, the protagonist and playable character from 2017’s Assassin’s Creed Origins, in astounding detail. Check out some screenshots of the statue below:
According to Pure Arts, the polyresin statue is 27 inches tall and 20 inches wide. As you can see in the images, the Bayek figure also include and LED that will give the statue atmospheric lighting in darker rooms. They also confirmed that the Bayek statue will only be available in North and South America and will be arriving in November 2019, a month after the Altair statue is released.
The statue is quite dynamic and pretty, but it will set you back a hefty $688 if you do decide to pick it up (It’s still not as expensive as the game’s Dawn of the Creed Legendary Collector’s Edition). While this is probably too expensive for most, die hard fans may want to save up for such a high quality statue. If that’s the case with you but there is still no way you think you can afford it, Pure Arts is holding a contest currently where the winner will be able to get any of their statues, which also include ones based on the Terminator, Watch Dogs 2, and Dark Souls, for free.
If you want to try out the game prior to this statue’s release in order to become more familiar with Bayek, Assassin’s Creed Origins is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Interested players can pick it up on Amazon. You can also watch DualShockers’ video review for Assassin’s Creed Origins below to learn more about the game:
