Cyberpunk 2077 will be landing on Google’s streaming platform, though a release date hasn’t been given yet.
To kick off today’s Stadia Connect live stream prior to Gamescom, Google and CD Projekt Red announced that next year’s highly-anticipated release of Cyberpunk 2077 would indeed be coming to Stadia.
Cyberpunk 2077 is arguably one of the bigger titles that has now been confirmed to arrive on Stadia at some point. As of now, a release date for Cyberpunk on this platform hasn’t been given, meaning that it could arrive a bit after the game’s launch on consoles and PC.
In addition to the announcement, Stadia released a new video featuring some of the team members from CD Projekt Red talking about bringing the title to Stadia. The devs explain that bringing Cyberpunk 2077 to Stadia allows even more people to potentially experience the game’s narrative, which is important to the team at CD Projekt.
Cyberpunk 2077 will also be coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC when it arrives next year on April 16, 2020.
