1C Entertainment’s tactics game Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark is finally coming to Nintendo Switch on August 14, 2019.
While Square Enix’s official successor to the Final Fantasy Tactics series, War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, is currently slated for only smartphones, another game inspired by that PS1 classic has been making the rounds on consoles and PC. Fall Seal: Arbiter’s Mark released for PC, PS4, and Xbox One back in April, and today 6 Eyes Studio and 1C Entertainment confirmed that a Nintendo Switch version of the game is coming next month.
Fell Sea: Arbiter’s Mark hits Nintendo Switch on August 14, with pre-orders set to go live on August 1 according to 1C Entertainment. This port seems to feature complete content parity with the other versions of the game, so players on Nintendo Switch will not have to worry about notable downgrades, nor will they have any exclusive content.
For those of you unfamiliar with the game, Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark is a tactics game that clearly takes cues from classics like Final Fantasy Tactics; that being said, it still proved to be good in its own right and the PS4 and Xbox One version of the game sit at an 86 on Metacritic. As for the story, Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark takes place in a world called Teora and players make decisions for Kyrie, a mortal agent for the Council of Immortals that is on a journey to keep stability on the continent that was nearly destroyed by a beast years prior. Overall, the game features 40 story encounters, 30 classes, 300 abilities, 240 pieces of equipment, and some hefty endgame content to keep players engaged.
