Claude, the leader of the Golden Deer house, welcomes you to the Leicester Alliance in latest Fire Emblem: Three Houses trailer.
Over the last few weeks, Nintendo has slowly been revealing the three houses that will play a major role in the upcoming Fire Emblem: Three Houses. So far, we’ve seen both the Blue Lion and Black Eagle houses. Today, we get a look at the final house, the Golden Deer. Watch their introductory trailer below.
The trailer is narrated by the leader of the Leicester Alliance, Claude. The Golden Deer is a rogue nation that answers to no king but is more than willing to take your advice during the campaign. Claude is the curious type, who tries his best to plan for every situation. As is house tradition, he and his people from the East are masters of archery.
We meet a few of the other house members in the short trailer. First up is the fashionable Hilda. Claude finds this daughter of a Duke to be among the laziest of his fellow Deer and her short introduction does nothing to dissuade that opinion. Next up is the merchant son Raphael. He’s a brutish fellow who is much more interested in finding his next scoop of protein than fancy book learning. Finally, we meet Leonie. Personally, I relate to her the most as her biggest dislike is listed as “debt”. Which is something I totally level with.
Now we have a full picture of the three houses on offer for the next Fire Emblem. I’m currently feeling like I’ll probably join the Leicester Alliance when the game comes out, but maybe I’ll be swayed once I finally get my hands on the game.
Fortunately, no one has to wait long to choose their house. Fire Emblem: Three Houses is coming to Nintendo Switch on July 26.
