Physical copies of Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered will only be available at one retail chain later this year.
Ghostbusters: The Video Game is set to make a return later this year on modern platforms but it turns out that the remaster won’t be available at any storefront of your choosing.
Recently, pre-orders for Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered went live and in the process, it was unveiled that GameStop will be the exclusive provider of the game. That’s right, if you’re wanting to get a physical copy of Ghostbusters Remastered for yourself, you’ll have to either head to your local GameStop Store or order a copy from the internet. This is true for all of the game’s platforms.
Obviously, this will only be true for physical versions of the game. If you still want to purchase Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered in another format, you’ll be able to pick it up digitally for every platform. Furthermore, the game’s price has now been unveiled and it will set you back $29.99.
As of now, we still don’t have specifics on when Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered is set to launch, but Saber Interactive still says it’s planned to drop before the end of 2019. Whenever the game does arrive, it’ll be coming to PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
