Under Night In-Birth is officially coming to Switch for the first time ever.
Arc System Works officially confirmed on twitter that the latest game in the Under Night In-Birth 2D anime fighters series, Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r], will be launching on PS4 and Switch.
This is the first time the series is coming to Switch, which makes sense seeing the series is part of BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle.
I’m not quite on the page when it comes to the FGC, so I’m wondering: Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late was UNIEL, and Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[st] was UNIST. So what will be the acronym for this? UNICR? I’ve always been into French-Bread, seeing I like Type-Moon related works to a certain extent, so I’ve always wanted to get into Under Night In-Birth. Sadly, fighting games necessitate tons of investment, and it’s kind of hard to make that commitment when you’re an adult.
Following early leaks, Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r] was officially revealed at EVO 2019 last August. The game will add new playable character Londrekia. You can find the original announcement trailer below, along with the game’s case cover art and new screenshots.
Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r] is currently in development and scheduled to launch in 2020.
